History at a Glance

We have led hundreds of improvement initiatives for over 30 years.

    • Initially we focused on process improvement (e.g., Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen, Hoshin Planning, Design of Experiments).
    • Later we focused on Business Process Reengineering and Systems Design and Development.
    • We then led and facilitated Reinventions,  Corporate Reengineering, and Transformations of enterprises and departments in the federal, private, and non-profit sectors.

These initiatives led to substantively improved mission outcomes, several billion dollars in results, and greatly strengthen cultures.
