Creating Breakthroughs

We help organizations and people to reinvigorate and create breakthroughs

Reinvigoration

All organizations need to be refreshed and reinvigorated regularly.  The right reinvention invigorates leaders, customers, and the workforce.  It provides opportunities for leaders to tap into everyone's genius.  It is an engaging way to assess, examine trends, engage deeply with customers, investigate best practices, update strategies, innovate and pilot, and design and engineer the organization to create high performance and results.  It accelerates passion, unity, and dedication to the vision and goals.

Breakthrough Results

The leaders and teams we partnered with to reinvent and strengthen their organizations substantively improved mission outcomesstrengthened their cultures, and generated several billion dollars in results.  When you work with leaders and teams who deeply care, are purpose-driven, and want to see the organization and their people reach their fullest potential, it is remarkable what can be accomplished.  We use a comprehensive approach that involves leveraging, based on needs, the best of numerous analysis, research, problem-solving, improvement, and planning methodologies and tools. Together we create an experience that creates tremendous synergy and teamwork, and teaches participants powerful skills.  The experience becomes a strong foundation that organizations continue to build upon to grow and thrive.  This approach has repeatedly led to significant results in all type of organizations.

Creating the Future to Avoid Becoming Victimized By It

Change presents create incredible opportunities for those who strategically look to the future, innovate, and pilot.  On the other hand, organizations that stand still create risk for themselves.  Only 60 of the Fortune 500 firms from 1955 exist today.  Moving forward,  thought leaders predict that 60% of today's Fortune 1000 firms will vanish within 10 years.

Level 5 Leaders are Required

Arrogance doesn't work.  A reinvention that engages the workforce requires a leader who is (or aspires to become) a "Level 5 Leader."  These leaders bring out the best in people, are selfless, and are driven to achieving results for the organization.  In his groundbreaking "Good to Great" book, Jim Collins refers to the common leadership traits he discovered in top leaders of the great organizations.  He said these "Level 5 Leaders" build "greatness through a paradoxical combination of personal humility and professional will."

Once You Reinvent, Use the Best Approaches to Strengthen and Improve

To run at optimal capacity, an airplane engine needs to be finely tuned.  An organization isn’t as tangible as an engine – but it too must be finely tuned to operate at peak performance, and systematically and regularly improved.  If an organization doesn’t have the right standards, metrics, evaluation methods, and improvement programs in place, it is a guarantee there are problems.  Some organizations use one tool (e.g., improvement methodology) like a hammer to try and solve all problems.  Using the right tool for the right job is needed to optimize results.
